Collect User Info

This video will demo:

  • Setting up the user info questions on an event

  • How to fill out the questions after a sale

  • Using the User Info Report to get the form answers

Collect info can be per order or per ticket. Below this video is where to enable the per ticket option.

To enable the collect user info per ticket option, go to EDIT EVENT INFO on the event then scroll down to "Custom Checkout Fields." Enable this setting and press SAVE.
