Resend order confirmation

This article will show you how to quickly resend an order confirmation email by locating an order, using the Order Actions menu to send the confirmation, and verifying whether the confirmation was successfully sent.image.png

Every order is time-stamped. If a patron says they did not receive their ticket or confirmation, you can review the order record to check whether the ticket has been printed or delivered
