Comp Tickets

You can issue complimentary (comp) tickets through either Quick Select or the Seating Map in Box Office or Phone Sales.

• If your event is free - simply set the price of the item to zero during the ticket set up.

• Comp tickets are a system default and automatically available on every event.

• Only standard users who have the Box Office - price override user permission can apply the system default comp ticket option. Creating New Users / Setting Permissions

• Custom Comp Tickets can be created via Special Box Office Only Ticket Types

  (ex: Cast Comp, Media Comp, Etc.)

  Any user can apply a custom comp ticket type.

Issue Comp Tickets

1. Go to Box Office or Phone Sales.

2. Select Quick Select or Assigned Seating

3. Select your event and date

4. Select the tickets.

5. Use the Ticket Name dropdown menu to select Comp Ticket
